Clarkston High School Hosts GEAR UP Career & Internship Fair

Clarkston High School welcomed regional students and organizations for the GEAR UP Career & Internship Fair on March 20, 2025. Representatives from the Nez Perce Tribe and other groups shared resources, internships, and career guidance.

CLARKSTON — On Thursday, March 20, 2025, Clarkston High School hosted its GEAR UP Career & Internship Fair in the CHS main gymnasium from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM.

The event welcomed local businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations to connect with students from Clarkston, Asotin, Pomeroy, and Colton high schools.

Representatives from a wide range of fields—including business, healthcare, education, sciences, and social services—were on hand to share information about summer jobs, internships, and future career opportunities.

The fair aimed to help students explore career paths, meet potential employers, and learn more about local and regional workforce options.
