On June 26, community members gathered at Moccasin Flats Trading Post in Lapwai to celebrate the store’s 20th anniversary.
Hosted by the Nez Perce Tribe’s ’Itám’yanaáwit Program (Way of Trade), the event included remarks from NPTEC Members, small business introductions, an honor song, and door prize giveaways.
Guests were also invited to enjoy lunch, tour the store, and explore handmade items and supplies available at Moccasin Flats.
Hiim’eeqes Qe’ci’yéw’yew’ to all who helped mark this milestone.
