Boys & Girls Club of the Nez Perce Tribe honors Isaac Sisto

On March 10, 2026, the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Nez Perce Tribe and Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee honored Isaac Sisto for his many years of dedicated service to the Boys & Girls Club and the youth of the Nez Perce community.

Isaac began his journey with the Club in June of 1998 as a gym coordinator and went on to serve in several leadership roles, including Teen Director, Program Director, and ultimately CEO in 2015. Over the years, he played a key role in developing and leading impactful programs such as Career Launch, Money Matters, Smart Moves, Project Learn, and Positive Action, all aimed at supporting youth development and life skills.

He was also known for his creativity and connection with youth, creating memorable programs like Freestyle Fridays, Ballers Night, and organizing basketball clinics and coaching opportunities in the region. In addition, he developed a historical mini tour program that introduced youth to important Nimiipuu landmarks and stories within the community.

Beyond the local level, Isaac contributed as a ropes course facilitator and provided trainings for Boys & Girls Club professionals across the state of Idaho.

His commitment and contributions were recognized through honors including Staff of the Year and Administrative Staff of the Year.

Isaac’s years of service have left a lasting impact on generations of youth, and he is recognized for the role he played in helping shape positive experiences and opportunities for young people in the Nez Perce community.
